In accordance with the relevant deployment for the 2026 National Work Safety Month campaign, the Organizing Committee Office of the National Work Safety Month, the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the China Chemical Safety Association have jointly launched a safety warning educational video for all staff of hazardous chemical enterprises: Danger · Mirror — Warning Educational Documentary on Typical Work Safety Accidents in the Hazardous Chemical Sector During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period.

This video reviews representative accident cases in the hazardous chemicals sector during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Through accident scene reconstructions and analyses by authoritative experts, it provides an in-depth look at recurring issues such as inadequate management of special operations, contractor management, alarm management, and rule violations. It also examines the root causes of equipment operating with known defects and poor change management. The documentary highlights risks present in process design, equipment management, and construction operations within hazardous chemical enterprises, and offers actionable preventive measures and corrective pathways. It is suitable for tiered and targeted training of senior managers, safety personnel, and frontline operators in hazardous chemical enterprises.
