Recently, the "Chemical Safety Regulations and Standards Information Platform", developed and built by the China Chemical Safety Association, has completed its upgrade and reconstruction. It has also been renamed the "Chemical Safety Regulations and Standards Compliance Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the "Compliance Platform") and re-launched for operation!

Compliance is the lifeline for sustainable enterprise development. The essence of compliance relies on laws, regulations, and standards. However, hazardous chemicals involve various industries, and their associated safety production laws, regulations, and standards are vast in number, come from diverse sources, and are frequently updated. Enterprises often struggle with identifying applicable regulations due to a lack of information and intelligent tools, leading to issues such as incompleteness, untimeliness, and poor relevance. This results in the ineffective conversion and application of legal and other requirements.

Therefore, building upon the original "Chemical Safety Regulations and Standards Information Platform," the China Chemical Safety Association has researched, developed, and built this Compliance Platform. It provides enterprises with channels and tools for obtaining and identifying relevant laws, regulations, and standards, helping them strengthen their safety production compliance management.

The Compliance Platform has added and optimized the following features:

Optimization of Management Function List: The platform adds a management function for regulatory obligation clauses. When a specific regulation is selected, it automatically matches the applicable normative requirement clauses for the enterprise and lists them in a clause inventory. The platform also provides a "dynamic tracking and updating" function for document lists and supports batch uploading of regulations and standards document lists.

New Regulation Clause Query and Identification: The platform stores regulation clauses in a structured manner and defines them according to the responsible entity and clause attribute categories, making it easier for users to quickly identify the obligation clauses their enterprise should comply with.

New Conformity Assessment Function: The platform records the results of conformity assessments between obligation clauses and the enterprise's rules and regulations, operating procedures, and business processes. This includes compliant, non-compliant, reasons for non-compliance, suggested corrective measures, etc. Supports one-click export of the conformity assessment list and generates a register of non-compliant clauses. The platform also supports exporting tasks pending assessment for offline evaluation, with the ability to import the results back into the platform.

New Regulations and Standards Promotion Section: This section includes explanatory videos and articles.

New Common Documents Section: This section provides lists of common or basic regulatory documents for different sub-sectors/industries for users to reference when identifying their compliance document list.

New "Enterprise On-boarding" Module: This module is currently under construction. Once being completed, the platform will offer a process-excellent, AI-assisted compliance platform, simplifying and making enterprise compliance work easy and efficient.
