In order to prevent and resolve the major safety risks of hazardous chemicals, promote the implementation of the three-year campaign of safety production governance in key areas, the Office of the State Council Safety Production Committee has recently launched the expert guidance service for the key counties involving hazardous chemicals in 2025.

The expert guidance service will cover 73 key counties involving hazardous chemicals in batches this year, focusing on the safety management of major sources of danger, high-risk process automation transformation, special operation risk control, and elimination and renovation of aged chemical equipment. It highlights the classification of guidance and targeted service, guiding grassroots and companies to find out and solve problems, and promoting the implementation of annual key work in key counties. The expert guidance service will strengthen training based on the features of each county, driving the building and promotion of the local expert team and enhancing the independent implementation of local expert guidance service in key counties, so as to improve the local safety production level.

At present, the first batch of expert guidance service groups have been sent to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei Province, Shanxi Province and Inner Mongolia to carry out work.
