Na Yongliang
Dr. Na Yongliang, Senior Engineer, serves as a specially appointed expert of the China Chemical Safety Association and General Manager of Beijing Strong Information System Co., Ltd. He is a key drafter of Guidelines for Chemical Process Safety Management (AQ/T 3034). With profound experience in PSM consulting and training, he is a renowned front-line expert in process safety management. Combining his rich project experience with the actual operations of chemical enterprises in China, he has developed localized implementation solutions for chemical process safety management suited to national conditions. His methodologies cover integrating safety standardization with PSM, aligning HSE management systems with PSM, and advancing process safety management via safety culture development.
He has delivered numerous training sessions and lectures for chemical enterprises (including central and local state-owned enterprises), as well as for the Ministry of Emergency Management and its local branches. Entrusted by the former State Administration of Work Safety, he also ran a training program on Strengthening Safety Leadership for senior managers from subsidiaries of seven major state-owned chemical enterprises.
