Liu Xiaowu, Professor and Technical Director of the China Chemical Safety Association, Deputy Chairman of the Nitrification Branch. He is member of the Central Work Safety Assessment and Inspection Expert Group and an Adjunct Professor of the Graduate School of Xi’an Jiaotong University.

With over 30 years of experience in chemical enterprise management, he has served as General Manager of state-owned, private, and joint venture enterprises in succession. He is responsible for national expert guidance service for nitrification and ammonium nitrate enterprises, and has led the formulation of industry standards and national standards on fine chemicals, nitrification, and ammonium nitrate.
