China Chemical Safety Association

Hao Jun, Senior Engineer, member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of China Chemical Safety Association, is responsible for divisions of corporate safety consulting services and safety training & education. He also serves as a senior member of China Emergency Management Society.

He was an expert of the Emergency Professional Group under the Work Safety Expert Advisory Committee of the State Council Work Safety Committee (2015–2020), and an expert of the 4th and 5th National Work Safety Expert Groups of the former State Administration of Work Safety (2010–2019). In addition, he is member of the Chemicals Subcommittee of the National Work Safety Standardization Technical Committee, expert of the Science Communication Expert Team under China Coal Society and the National Emergency Rescue and Work Safety Expert Team of the Ministry of Emergency Management.

Hao Jun proposed the "Five Knows, Five Understands, Five Competencies" capacity-building framework for front-line employees, which has been widely promoted and applied across the chemical industry. His lectures covering safety leadership, implementation of corporate primary responsibility system, enterprise safety culture, risk management and control, energy safety, special operations and other professional fields are well received by government authorities and enterprises.
