Cheng Changjin
Cheng Changjin, Professorate Senior Engineer, is the Chief Engineer of the China Chemical Safety Association and Deputy Director of the Chemical Safety Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee on Work Safety Standards. He is also the head of the Fine Chemical Reaction Safety Risk Assessment Professional Committee of the China Chemical Safety Association.
He has long been engaged in research on work safety policies and technologies for hazardous chemicals, and has participated in the formulation and revision of work safety regulations and standards.
He is key member in drafting the Guidelines for Determining Major Accident Hazards in Production and Operation Enterprises of Chemicals and Hazardous Chemicals and the Key Inspection Items for Work Safety Law Enforcement in Hazardous Chemical Enterprises. He has organized and participated in the revision of several influential standards such as the Safety Code for Special Operations in Hazardous Chemical Enterprises (GB 30871-2022) and the Safety Specification for Equipment Maintenance Operations in Chemical Enterprises (AQ 3026-2026).
