Expert Training Course on Guidance Services for Key Counties Involving Hazardous Chemicals Held in Jinan
The expert training course on guidance services for key counties involving hazardous chemicals was held in Jinan, Shandong Province from February 15 to 16. The training aimed to promote the implementation of the key work of the Ministry of Emergency Management (MEM) in 2025, and to unify the expert guidance service methods and standards of key counties. Relevant departments and offices of the MEM attended the opening ceremony and gave lectures, with Cheng Changjin, Chief Engineer of the China Chemical Safety Association (CCSA), presiding over the training.
The training adopted the method of “lecture + seminar”, interpreting the key work of hazardous chemical safety supervision in 2025, the work program of expert guidance service in key counties, the hidden danger inspection form, work manual, and the standard for determining the hidden danger of major safety production accidents in chemical and hazardous chemical production and operation companies. It also conducted lectures on professionalism enhancement and work style development of experts, organized experts to sign the integrity commitment for expert guidance service in key counties, and watched training videos such as Implementation Guidelines for Process Alarm Management in Chemical Companies, Guidelines for Safety Management of Contractors in Chemical Companies, and Implementation Guidelines for Transformation Management in Chemical Companies.
During the training, experts from the CCSA explained the specific ways and focuses of hidden danger inspection in the four specialties of safety, process, equipment and electric instrument. Participating experts discussed the doubts and difficulties in the guidance service, and put forward suggestions on the guidance service of this year.
